Love, Peace & Prosperity to all, I am planning a get together on 8-9 October 2011 at 12581 SW 248th Terrace, Princeton, FL 33032 Phone: 786-586-7969. First part of the get together will be an evaluation to Yellow Belt & Green Belt. Then we will work the Kata Naihanshi-Shodan. Please advise if you are making the event. All are welcomed to stay at my house.
Saturday:
9:00 am - 9:30 am - Warm-up
9:00 am - 10:45 am - Exam - Mr. Michael & Mr. Abel
10:45 am - 11:30 am - Cool down end of exam
11:30 am - 13:30 am - Lunch
2:00 pm - 3:30 pm - Naihanshi-Shodan (with body dynamics)/completion days activity.
Sunday:
9:00 am - 9:30 am - Warm up (Techniques)
9:30 am - 11:30 am - Review Kata’s Pinan Series
11:30 am - 12:00 pm - Cool Down / Completion of activity
Lunch: 1230 Lunch
After the last workout on each day, we can go to eat at different places, Chinese, Spanish, or Outback - Red Lobster majority rules: We can visit and travel around Miami or just kick back and enjoy the reunion! Ous!
