We held the last workout of the year on December 17, 2016, at Homestead, Florida; Dave Helmick-Shihan directed the class as a review in techniques and different changes; on same technique to create a different effect. The workout was intense yet all participants enjoyed and wanted to continue the class. Pablo Castrol-Yudansha attended the class with his son Deigo, testing for Yellow Belt, from Saint Marys, Georgia. The participants were; Troy AhYo-Renshi, Alex Agostini, Brendon Hopwood, Mr. Chaviano, Abel Fernandez and Amaya Velez. Practice was demanding yet enjoyable; With continued dedication to the art, makes life enjoyable and enhances one’s health.
