November 15, 2014, The SBKS held their first workout at the New Dojo at Orlando West, FL. Participants in attendance were; Sensei's Dennis Deliz, Marcos Ramos, David Helmick, Troy Ah Yo, Robert Gonzalez, Dennis Sherman & Frank Ramirez Jr. The workout was on Pinan, Naihanshi, Pasai & Kusanku-sho Kata's. During the event we were evaluating Dennis Sherman for his Sandan ranking. We looked as his participation and his continued demonstration that he has the determination to be the best he can be; His greatest battle was defeating and becoming a cancer survivor! He understands that there is still much to accomplish and we challenge him with continued education of his martial arts, as a means to better oneself.
