SBKS Tournament Participation 9-6-2014:
The Miami SBKS School competed in their first Tournament in Orlando, Florida; Competitors were: Mr. Able Fernandez, Mr. Brendon Hopwood, Mr. Jonathan Harrison & Alexis Agostini Sensei. All personnel demonstrated their skills in kata & kumite with confidence and positive attitude. A job well done to all; SBKS members at the tournament: David Helmick Renshi; Roberto Gonzalez Renshi; Dennis Sherman Sensei; Alexis Agostini Sensei, Mr. Able Gonzalez; Mr. Brendon Hopwood, Mr. Jonathan Harrison and Frank Ramirez Jr. Hanshi. It was a great moment to see Dennis Sherman joining us, since he has been fighting his battle with Cancer for the last 3 years. He is an example of positive attitude and perseverance. Thanks to the Sensei’s that helped with the tournament!
