We would like to thank Sifu Lester Figueroa for sharing his expertise of his art (Hung-Gar Kung-Fu) with the Sanchin Bushi Karate System, Princeton, Florida. He showed up unannounced from Falls Church, VA enroute to Phoenix, Az. He was very well received with the Sanchin Bushi Brotherhood. Present for the workout, Mr. Michael Sparks, Mr. Abel Fernandez, Sensei Alexis Agostini, Sensei Victor Parris and Hanshi Frank Ramirez Jr. With emphasis on Kata, technique and kumite.
